I have tried to read through the various amendments, including this one - modification 9 - and it's all a bit convoluted. However, it would be good to have available for the public a brief synopsis in plain language about what's coming up. For eg, this modification refers to new car park or whatever. Given how much was spent on new stadium, I think the cost of this needs to be made very public. Also please confirm that none of the proposed MPVP would be on the other side of Driver Ave at 'Upper Kippax'. See attached. Thank you, Suzy

The "temporary" bike lane removed 118 parking spaces from Moore Park Road. Now the venue/government is proposing removing 186 cars spaces from the temporary carpark at the stadium. These drivers will not want to walk all the way to the Entertainment Quarter to park and will of course try and park on surrounding streets. As the stadium is a State Significant Development why can it not apply to have the under-utilized and badly designed bike path removed and fast track the bike lane on Oxford Street or for the original bike lanes to be reinstated in an upgraded and safe manner. This would return 118 parking spaces, improve access for construction and management of traffic at the many events.

As a resident at Cook Rd, Centennial Park NSW 2021 of over 15 years, I object to the project outright and in its entirely:
- residents of adjacent areas in Moore Park/Centennial Park already experience significant levels of noise, light spill, parking and traffic impacts from events conducted at Allianz Stadium, SCG, Horden Pavilion and Entertainment Quarter
- proposed car park with increased capacity will significantly impact already at capacity traffic on Cook Rd, Lang Rd and Moore Park Rd and adjacent streets, making it hard and occasionally impossible to drive home, having to park in nearby areas that are not blocked off for cars
- residents already experience high volume and reach of the noise generated by the events and fans

There is no provision for disabled parking for members of the Sporting Club of Sydney on Non Event days. Appendix B The PVC Parking Statement seems to be deliberately misleading about the acceptability of removal of all parking in the existing MP1. It states that parking at the Entertainment Quarter was acceptable for the members during construction of the new Stadium but fails to mention the Sporting Club facilities were also moved to the Entertainment Quarter. There was no need to walk the extra distance to the Stadium site. Its a long way for people with mobility issues to go from the Entertainment Quarter to the current Sporting Club location. I and many others like me always use disabled parking in MP1 on both event days and Non Event days. There is no suitable public transport from the Bondi area to the Stadium. I can't handle the hill from Oxford Street
