Major modification to amend the design of the Kambala Sport, Wellbeing and Senior Learning Precinct and the existing music building and associated change to the landscape, civil and stormwater and staging plans to improve cost efficiency.

We live across from Kambala, we support the project however as a resident of the area on a daily basis school term or school holidays we have parents parking on or across our drive way to collect their children.

If the school are to build new facilities they need to ensure parking or appropriate drop off zones are created for the parents to stop the bottle neck caused by drop off and pick up.

We really hope this is considered and resolved as it’s very dangerous for residence of the street.

As a former student of the school, I think the development, and subsequent modification application, will greatly assist the future education and sporting opportunities for students at Kambala. Having considered the plans exhibited, the development will positively broaden the range of extra-curricular activities available to students and provide new and improved teaching and educational infrastructure as a whole. As such, I support the modification application.
