Message
The high school already creates a lot of noise in the suburb, and increasing the number of pupils is going to make it even worse. The noise from the pupils is evident in the mornings before school in the three breaks during the day and after school so this is already a huge, and ongoing disruption. In addition, the upgrades planned will involve construction which will cause disruptions to traffic in an area which already has very dense traffic, and create a lot of unnecessary noise in the area.
