My kids will be attending in the future as this is a very good school. My wife currently works there and the school is extremely resourceful and has the best quality education there is to offer.

I support the expansion of Al Faisal College. There is a high level of Muslim children in the Liverpool region and the waiting list is very long for the school. If more spots open up my children will have access to a great education.

I currently work at Al Faisal College and the school has a positive impact on the wider community. This is because the teachers at the school wish the best for the students success. By instilling and nurturing positivity and a strong education for students, the children of the next generation will become great adults. This project will allow all Muslim children in the area to have access to a great affordable education. The expansion also allows for more staff members, creating jobs. My children will be attending Al Faisal College in the following years to come because it is simply a great school.

I support the redevelopment of Al Faisal College as this school has an excellent academic reputation. I have been working at Al Faisal College for 2+ years and the students, parents and community love the school and are happy with our work. This school will provide excellent opportunities for the families in the area, as well as more job opportunities to match the growing population of the Austral and nearby areas.

Lot 1 in DP606317 is TransGrid’s privately owned freehold driveway. The development proposal has incorrectly identified this land as being part of Fourth Avenue, which it is not.

TransGrid has not granted any consent for our land to be used by the adjoining development, being the Al-Faisal College. Figure 1 of the Scoping Report incorrectly states our land as being Fourth Avenue. Figure 5 of the Scoping Report and the Primary School Master Plan erroneously show a reliance on our land to facilitate access to their land and this is unacceptable. All vehicular access is to be contained within their own landholding and not encroach TransGrid’s freehold land (being Lot 1 in DP606317).

The Al-Faisal College development of the Primary School needs to be redesigned so as not to use our land in any way. Our land is reserved for TransGrid and Endeavour Energy access and infrastructure only.

Attached is Deposited Plan 606317 that identifies our land and also attached is a title search of Lot 1 in DP606317 that confirms that the land is owned by the Electricity Transmission Ministerial Holding Corporation and is Leased for 99 years to NSW Electricity Networks Assets Pty Limited and sub-leased to NSW Electricity Networks Operations Pty Limited, trading as TransGrid.

If the NSW Department of Planning Industry and Environment want to procure our land in order to extend Fourth Avenue, then they will need to contact TransGrid accordingly. To date, no such request has been made. There is presently no facility for third party use, nor public use of our private landholding.

Should you have any queries, please feel free to TransGrid.
