local community have great concern about extension of this collage as this educational facility is based on one specific culture/ religion/ race and not for local in this area. Proposed land ( for extension) was originally designated for Public Primary School ( as per Liverpool South West Growing area), but has been given to this private school, means no public school for local community living on 15th,16th, 17th, 18th. Gurner ave, 28th ave etc and all new developments coming between these main roads.
sadly there has been another private school ( Arahaman collage 95-105 17th ave ) approved by PIE which is also belong to the same specific community/religion/ culture. locals are struggling to understand that how PIE would have given approval to build two private schools which belongs to the specific community and not considering to have atleast public primary school for this side of Austral community.
despite being local to these roads and far away from Austral Public School ( corner of 10th ave & edmonston ave) locals still have to travel 5km plus to drop their kids which is already under numerous pressure to adapt children from Bringelly rod to 15th ave and all roads between these st including Kelly st end.
also been living around the area for almost 3 years, we have not seen a single sign of local park/ open play area for locals.
it would be great if PIE can send some more info about the local public school / open play area and park area for locals to understand the extension of this school and approval for another private school,

I object to the development and expansion of this school. Fifteenth Avenue and Cowpasture road is already grid locked every morning this will only cause more congestion in a already over developed new growth area.

This location could be better utilised as a community park/play ground.

More attention should be focused on fixing the roads and expending the roads rather then building another School that will cause traffic mayhem in a nice quiet neighborhood.
