The new Sydney Fish Market - Stage 2

1. The ferry wharf must accommodate government ferries with Opal card use
2. A cycleway by Bridge Rd, separated from cars, is needed as well as the 'shared' waterfront walkway
3. Waterfront walkway must be around the waterfront, not up stairs or lifts and through a retail arcade. Access for unloading fishing boats currently takes a very short time each day (approximately 10% of seafood sold) and need only briefly interrupt pedestrian traffic. Many waterfront users currently push infants in prams, are disabled, walk dogs, etc, cannot use stairs, and should not need to queue for lifts or negotiate traffic entering the Carpark or bus passengers .

I object to the development for the reasons explained in the attached.
