Mod 2 - Subdivision + Condition Changes

Hi,
I am currently a resident next to the above subject facility and wanted to let you know that me and other residents in the complex are constantly suffering from bad smell,strange particles that we tend to see very often in the air that looks like rain,but actually it is some type of chemical that keep destroying our cars and roller doors.The situation is pretty bad and wanted to know if something can be done about it.
I am completely objecting any thing that will makes it worse.as it is no one is happywith what is happeneing here so far.we are 27 units here and each every one of us always complain.
