Mod 1 - Design Changes

The staffs and patient's relatives of the hospital always park their car on the road, when we come back and can not find the parking space for our cars. The hospital must build enough car park space for their doctors, nurses and patients.

Council officers have reviewed the plans and supporting information and have no objection to the proposal, however we make the following comments:
- the basement aisle widths do not comply with Australian Standards. If possible the widths should comply. If this cannot be achieved then the plans should be checked by a traffic engineer to ensure safe manoeuvrability
- Council does not normally support stacked parking. The stacked parking spaces should be clearly designated so that they are for staff only.

- the applicant has stated that the CIV of the project has decreased. Can you please forward the amended CIV estimate to Council so that we can forcast the expected S94 charges
