This project does not have the infrastructure to support it. There are already issues with parking and safety related matters not only to adults, but children. The basic infrastructure will not support the number of residences proposed and will place unnecessary burden on the infrastructure that is already in place. To have this type of housing in such close proximity to major community resources such as a (proposed) school will impact the safety of residents who already reside in the estate. The close proximity of the smaller blocks and ultimately the residences will impact individuals’ privacy and quality of living. The idea of such small blocks goes agains the essence of the estate. Please, reverse the decision - which should have been open to all residents and restrict the minimum size of land lots to at least 450 square metres to support country living. This proposal is a money grabbing exercise and no consideration to the environment, community and the residents has been given due diligence. The impact on the environment will be irreversible and this should have been considered prior to any provision being considered and/or given by the NSW government. Essentially, I would not have purchased my land in this estate if this had been disclosed and proposed. There is no support from the local council - listen to the people and the council - rescind the approval for this proposal.

in huntlee stage 1, substage 11 the pedestrian/ cycle crossing has been moved south. I believe the new location is terrible for aesthetic reasons and take away from a well connected cycle ways.

Huntlee are developing beyond their abaility at present and this additional project change will only further that. Existing land owners in huntlee are struggling to have their own land developed to a reasonable standard which is only furhter putting pressure on the existing infrastructure. A great example of this is the quality of roads in Cessnock and surrounds, due to the hundreds of more cars in the area. In addition, Huntlee is not funding the addition infrascucture to support this development extrnsion, as there is little-no cell service, schools and transport. If LWP is profiting so significantly from this project they should uphold their original claims and further remediate the damage they have caused to the surrounding area.
