In summary, the modification should not be supported as it allows indefinitely, and permits to exacerbate, the inadequate transport, child safety, traffic, parking, vehicular access and pedestrian access provided to the school. It materially impact on its neighbours, the neighbourhood and, long term, the functioning of the precinct as a master planned Growth Centres community. Further it is deficient in its assessment of the impacts of the proposal on the area and offers no meaningful resolution to the very serious issues that exist.
