The Developer is seeking to remove existing vegetation, excavate and construct a mixed
use development including approximately 285 residential apartments, a childcare centre, a
medical centre and retail and commercial tenancies, with associated landscaping and
basement car parking, generally in accordance with Development Application DA2023/0158
which has been lodged with the City of Canada Bay Council (Proposed Development).
The Developer has made an offer to the Minister to enter into the Planning Agreement in
connection with the Proposed Development.
