The Developer is seeking approval for subdivision of the subject land into approximately 44 residential lots in 3 stages in accordance with development application DA 13/1896 lodged with Maitland Council and has made an offer to the Minister to enter into the Planning Agreement.
The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $2.27 (as indexed under CPI) per square metre of Net Developable Area for any part of the Land to which each Subdivision Certificate application relates for the purposes of the provision of designated State public infrastructure.
