The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make monetary contributions of 75% of $4,296.71 per developable hectare (subject to indexation) towards the costs of acquisition of land for the purpose of a fire station, 2 primary schools and a high school. Alternatively, the Developer may elect to dedicate all 12.01 hectares of land for the sites. If so, various provisions apply in the Planning Agreement to ensure appropriate apportionment applies across the broader precinct - see Planning Agreement for relevant provisions.
On 19 December 2011, the Minister's delegate gave consent under the Planning Agreement to the proposed sale of land from Gogoong Development Corporation to a joint venture between CIC Australia and JV MIrvac. A new signed Deed of Guarantee is attached.
