2010/4027 - Central Park, Chippendale

The developer has made an offer to enter into the Planning Agreement with the Minister to:
- carry out demolition, drainage, embellishment and remediation works to Main Park;
- dedicate that part of Main Park owned by the Developer;
- carry out embellishments works to Balfour Street Park and to other public and publicly accessible open spaces and throughways within the Site;
- provide roads and footpaths within and surrounding the Site;
- provide road and pedestrian contributions works;
- provide a community facility within the Chippendale locality; and
- provide child care spaces in a facility to be privately owned and operated.
