The Developer is seeking to subdivide the Subject Land into approximately 131 residential over four stages, two (2) residue lots, one (1) lot for a future park in private ownership, one (1) lot for riparian corridor in private ownership, one (1) lot for a future neighbourhood shop and the construction of associated infrastructure on the Land and Adjoining Land, generally in accordance with the plan in Schedule 6 and Development Application 1421/2022/DA-SW lodged with Campbelltown City Council.

The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $2,177 per residential lot (subject to indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement) for the purposes of the provision of designated State public infrastructure within the meaning of clause 6.1 of Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015.
