2017/7044 - Cattai Road, Pitt Town

The Developer is seeking approval for subdivision of land into approximately 38 residential allotments in accordance with Development Application DA0255/14 which has been lodged with Hawkesbury City Council and has made an offer to the Minister to enter into a Planning Agreement in connection with the Development Application.

The proposed planning agreement provides details on contributions for designated State public infrastructure for development proposed by the developer in Pitt Town.

The draft Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $10,500.00 per residential allotment (subject to indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement) for the purposes of the provision of designated State public infrastructure within the meaning of clause 6.8 of the Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012.
