2015/7045 - 21 Macquarie Place, West Tahmoor

The Developer is seeking to subdivide land at 21 Macquarie Place and has made an offer to the Minister to enter into a Planning Agreement in connection with proposed subdivision DA269/2014 before Wollondilly Council.

The draft Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $9,000.00 per residential allotment (and subject to CPI increases) for the purposes of the provision of designated State public infrastructure within the meaning of clause 6.1 of the Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011.

The objective of the Planning Agreement is to contribute towards the provision of designated State public infrastructure referred to in clause 6.1 of the Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011.
