Proposed amendments to the City of Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan (LEP) were placed on public exhibition from 28 June to 14 July 2023.
The Department of Planning and Environment has now reviewed and considered all submissions received and finalised these plans. Amendments to the City of Canada Bay LEP came into effect on 8 September 2023.
The amendments enable an increase in maximum carparking rates within the Rhodes Precinct following advice from TfNSW and expert traffic consultants who worked on the 2021 rezoning of the Rhodes Precinct.
New maximum carparking rates within the Rhodes precinct are outlined below.
