Proposed commercial development at 845 Pacific Highway Chatswood

Willoughby

The primary objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the WLEP 2012 building height and FSR controls to enable density uplift and facilitate an A-grade commercial development for the site.The proposed building height is consistent with the endorsed Chatswood CBD Strategy and the comprehensive LEP amendment currently being pursued by Willoughby City Council.
