Rezone various sites at Forster to residential and conservation

The proposal would amend either the Great Lakes LEP 1996 (of the draft Great Lakes LEP 2013 depending on timing). Proposed changes are outlined below: Site 3 & 4 Big Island - No LEP change proposed, to retain environmental zoning. Site 6 Lakes Way - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigation, B6 Enterprise Corridor and 7a1 Environmental Protection to 2c High Density Residential and 7a1 Environmental Protection Zone.  Site 8 Southern Parkway West - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigation to 2a Low Density Residential and 2b Medium Density Residential. Site 10 Southern Parkway East - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigaion to 2a Low Density Residential and 2b Medium Density Residential.  Site 11 Cape Hawk West - Rezone from 1c Future Urban Investigation to 2a Low Density Residential and 2b Medium Density Residential. Site 14 Bennetts Head - Amend the existing zoning 2a Low Density Residential, 2b Medium Density Residential and 7a1 Environment Protection Zone.
