Pre-gateway review for 84-108 Anzac Parade, Kensington

The proposal seeks to amend the maximum height of building control applicable to the site, 84-108 Anzac Parade Kensington, under the Randwick Local Environmental Plan 2012. Currently, a maximum building height of 25 metres is permissible on the site. The proposal seeks to increase the applicable height controls to part 34 metres and part 41.5 metres. It is proposed that a maximum permissible height control of 34 metres will apply across the site, except at the corner of Anzac Parade and Goodwood Street, where a maximum height control of 41.5 metres is proposed.
