To amend the Hornsby Local Environmental Plan 2013, to amend the planning controls on land at 2-18 Epping Road, 2-4 Forest Grove and 725 Blaxland Road, Epping. In particular, to reconfigure the R4 High Density Residential and RE1 Public Recreation zones, permit a maximum height of buildings of 72 metres on the western portion of the site and 17.5 metres on the eastern portion of the site, and permit additional permitted uses on the site. NB: As of 12 May 2016, this pre-Gateway review is located with the City of Parramattta Local Government Area .
