Proposal to amend the Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2013 to change the zoning from IN2 Light Industrial to R3 Medium Density Residential, increase the maximum floor space ratio (FSR) from 1:1 to 2.4:1 and introduce a maximum height of buildings of RL35m. The proposal also seeks to introduce a site specific provision to allow a range of non-residential uses, require a minimum non-residential floor space of 3,000sqm and the requirement for a site specific development control plan.
