Canada Bay

The proposal seeks to amend Canada Bay LEP 2013 for the site at 160 Burwood Road, Concord to:
* rezone land to part B1 Neighbourhood Centre, part R3 Medium Density Residential and part RE1 Public Recreation
* increase maximum Height of Buildings to 12m, 15m, 17m, 18m and 21m
* retain RL 46.6 to reflect existing roof height of Central Roasting Hall
* increase the maximum FSR to 1.25:1
* amend Schedule 5 Environmental Heritage to include the Former Bushells Factory Building as a heritage item with Local Significance
