It is within walking distance of Mon Vale (strategic centre) as well as public transport. Confirmed site specific merit with detailed consultant reports which can be managed at DA stage and will provide benefit to adjoining properties by reducing the depths of floodwater. Existing Street is all R3 already and therefore fits in as a logical inclusion.
