Rileys Hill Village extension

Richmond Valley

Planning Proposal (PP2016/0006) proposes to extend the Rileys Hill village with a minimum lot size of 800msq so that approximately 35 urban lots + a residue can be created. The residue will have a MLS of 4ha, to enable its creation, and include Zone C2 Environmental Conservation to protect HEV on the land. The residue will retain a dwelling opportunity but only over that part of the land within Zone RU1 (ie. excluded from RU5 and C2 areas).
