Planning Proposal Rankins Springs

The objective of this PP is to amend the CLEP to rezone land within Rankins Springs from RU1 Primary Production
to RU5 Village and R5 Large Lot Residential and amended the minimum lot size from 40ha and 4,000m² to
1,000m² and 2ha. The proposed amendments to the CLEP are to expand the Rankins Springs village to facilitate
the development of residential dwellings and village type uses to support the local community.
