Planning Proposal Merriwagga

The objective of this PP is to amend the CLEP to rezone a portion of land within Merriwagga from RU1 Primary
Production to RU5 Village and amended the minimum lot size from 40ha and 4,000m² to 1,000m². The proposed
amendments to the CLEP are to expand the Merriwagga village to facilitate the development of residential
dwellings and village type uses to support the local community.
