Draft Blue Mountains LEP 2015 Amendment 16 (response to Low Rise Housing Diversity Code)

1. Make three (3) amendments to the Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 as noted to amend clause 4.1B to:
a. introduce a single minimum lot size for dual occupancies (attached and detached);
b. remove clause 4.1B (3); and
c. introduce minimum lot size controls for multi dwelling housing and manor houses
2. To seek an amendment to the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code (Low Rise Code) in State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) in relation to stormwater management
