The Planning proposal is to amend State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 (the Growth Centres SEPP) to rezone a parcel of land (parts of Lots 1 and 2 in DP 218794) at Junction Road, Riverstone, zoned SP2 Infrastructure (Local Drainage) to E2 Environmental Conservation. The amendment also proposes to amend Land Acquisition map to remove Blacktown City Council from its acquisition responsibilities.
