- Increasing RE1-Public Recreation Zone;
- Reducing R4 - High Density Residential Zone to the developable area;
- Increasing building height from 11 metres to 22 metres;
- Increasing Floor Space Ration from 0.8:1 to 1.3:1;
- Removing No.85 Thomas Street from the Land Reservation Acquisition Map, subject to a planning agreement.
