City Of Parramatta

The planning proposal seeks to amend the provisions of the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023 (PLEP 2023) for land at No. 45 Macquarie Street, Parramatta, by reducing the extent of the archaeological site identified as A16 at 45 Macquarie St Parramatta, listed on Schedule 5 of the LEP, and identified on the Heritage Map, to align with the extent of the recently gazetted listing of that archaeology on the NSW State Heritage Register (SHR) as item 2027.
