The planning proposal seeks to amend the Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 schedule 1 Additional Permitted Use to permit
a. 'caravan park' extension over part Lot 200 DP 1173332 and part Lot 201 DP 1173332 which is currently prohibited under the RU1 zone; and
b. 'Restaurant and Wellness Centre’ on Lot 201 DP 1173332 which is currently zoned RU2 (while these uses maybe considered ancillary to the current caravan park, the restaurant will be open to the general public)
