Reclassification of Public Land- Central Darling Shire Council - Planning Proposal

Central Darling Shire Council currently has 232 council owned properties that have by mistake been classified as community land. Many of the lots are residential lots that were claimed by Council for unpaid rates, these lots are required by the community, to meet the current housing shortage across the LGA. The other lots are operational land, that were classified as community land by mistake in the Central Darling Local Environmental Plan 2012.
