To amend Griffith Local Environmental Plan 2014(GLEP) through rezoning of Lot 1791 DP 41291(4.8ha) also known as 1290 Brayne Rd, Griffith by -
• rezoning part of the area (1.2ha) from RU4- Primary Production Small Lots to R1- General Residential with frontage to Rose Rd;
• reducing the minimum lot size from 5ha to 1000m2 to facilitate the residential subdivision of 12 lots for the rezoned area; and
• reduction of the minimum lot size from 5ha to 3ha for the residual lot while retaining the current RU4 zoning.
