Schedule 2 of WLEP 2010 of the Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP) 2010 does not allow for public events on bush fire prone land. The Planning Proposal seeks to enable this through already implemented changes to booking and hiring agreements and an Operational Management Standard that allows for public events to be cancelled during bush fire danger peiods as determined by the RFS.
