The intended outcome of this Planning Proposal is to amend the PLEP 2010 as follows:
Rezone the applicable land from RU2 Rural Landscape to IN1 General Industrial and part IN2 Light Industrial,
Amend the PLEP 2010 Minimum Lot Size map to reduce the minimum lot size to 1,000m2.
Introduce density provisions into the PLEP 2010 and DCP which ensure a mixture of lot sizes.
Introduction of a sunset clause which requires commencement of the development within five (5) years of gazettal
