The aim of the planning proposal is to enable the lodgement of a development application for future residential subdivision. This will require a change in zone to part of 389 Keen Street, Lismore from RU1 Primary Production to R1 General Residential, introduction of a minimum lot size of 400m2 for Zone R1 and introduction of a maximum building height of 8.5m for Zone R1.
