To amend Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 in relation to land at 150 Darley Road, Manly.

1) To amend Schedule 1 of the Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 to allow a range of
additional permitted uses on the former Manly Hospital site to facilitate the delivery of a
health and well-being precinct at 150 Darley Road, Manly.
2) To amend Schedule 5 of the Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 to include items
identified as having high environmental heritage on the site.
