Tomola Planning Proposal

City Of Parramatta

The planning proposal seeks to rezone the site to B4 Mixed Use and RE1 Public Recreation and amend the site’s maximum building height and floor space ratio (FSR) controls, as set out in the PLEP 2011. The planning proposal is consistent with the emerging character of the Melrose Park Precinct, which is transitioning into a high density mixed use precinct.
