PPl applies to Lot 2, DP 218407 of 52 McLaren Street, North Sydney. The intent of the PP is to facilitate redevelopment of the site for part eight and 24-storey mixed-use development, comprising approximately 172 apartments, with a three-storey commercial podium and a childcare facility on the ground floor of the northern tower.
The Planning Proposal is supported by a VPA offer to deliver a childcare facility, a provision of affordable housing and a publicly accessible through-site link.
