This draft Planning Proposal has been made per recommendations from the Bayside Heritage Study, Bayside LSPS and Bayside LHS. The draft PP seeks to amend Schedule 5 Environmental Heritage ofthe Bayside LEP 2021 and proposes the creation of four Heritage Conservation Areas, including: Gibbs and Farr Streets, Banksia; Lansdowne and Hamilton Streets, Bardwell Valley; Brighton Parade, Brighton Le Sands; and Ocean View Estate, Bexley.
