It is proposed to rezone sites at Molloy Street, Bulli and Cliff Road, Wollongong and to alter the development standards applying to these sites. It is proposed to update planning provisions for minimum lot size, development in flight paths and building separation.It is proposed to allow 'home-based child care' as permissible with consent in a number of zones.It is proposed to correct minor anomalies and spelling errors in Schedule 1 (Additional permitted uses) and Schedule 5 (Heritage).
