Planning Proposal, Local Heritage Items at 1 and 3 Berwick Street, Coogee

On 13 December 2022 Council resolved to endorse a draft Planning Proposal to amend the Randwick Local Environmental Plan 2012 (RLEP) to create two new heritage items at No.1 Berwick Street and No 3 Berwick Street, Coogee. The proporty at 3 Berwick Street, Coogee is subject to an Interim Heritage Order (IHO) dated 14 October 2022 in response to a development application that was lodged with Council to demolish the subject site and that this IHO will lapse on 14 April 2023.
