Planning Proposal - 2-12 River Road West, Parramatta (Amendment No 3)

To rezone land at 2-12 River Road West, Parramatta, from industrial to a mix of uses including retail, commercial, high density residential, and open space. Note - This is not a new proposal, but a resubmission of a previous proposal. A gateway determination for the orignal propsal was issued 9 February 2011, which allowed the proposal to proceed subject to a number of conditions. For administrative reasons, the original proposal and its gateway determination, should be terminated. This proposal should proceed in its place.
