City Of Parramatta

The proposal seeks to increase the maximum FSR to 8:1 (plus design excellence bonus) and increase the maximum building height to 110m for land at 14-20 Parkes Street Parramatta. The proposal also seeks to apply a maximum car parking rate provision and introduce a site-specific clause requiring a flood refuge area and other flood planning considerations to the site.
