The planning proposal is to rezone land at 133 Bigge Street, 26-28 Elizabeth Street and 148 George Street, Liverpool from B3 Commercial Core to B4 Mixed Use zone. It also seeks to amend the height, FSR and Land Acquisition map for the subject site.The planning proposal also seeks to amend the Liverpool Local Environmental Plan 2008 by adding a new clause 7.35 Minimum residential and non-residential floor space ratio controls applying to the land at 133 Bigge Street, 26-28 Elizabeth Street and 148 George Street, Liverpool. The proposed clause will prohibit development of the subject site unless a development proposal incorporates a minimum non-residential floor space component in the development proposal.
