Dubbo Southlakes (Hillview Estate) Planning Proposal - Boundary Road
Dubbo Regional
The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone land at Boundary Road in South East Dubbo, known as Southlakes Hillview Estate. The Proposal will facilitate future subdivision and development of land that is already identified as an urban release area under the Dubbo LEP 2011.
