Staged development for demolition of existing buildings, Torrens title subdivision of 1 into 3 lots, construction of 2 x 5 storey residential flat buildings with additional building height under Affordable housing (SEPP Amendment Housing 2023) including 176 apartments, 3 commercial tenancies and 85 place child care centre over 2 basement levels for 288 car parking spaces, dedication of land as SP2 Local Road and RE1 Public Recreation, associated civil and landscaping works.
