Mixed Use Development

Proposed mixed use development involving demolition of existing structures; subdivision, open space, new road and construction of up to 6-storey residential flat buildings containing 673 dwellings, two basement levels providing 1,239 parking spaces; 2,576m2 of non-residential floor area which will include 1,484m2 for a gym, 932m2 for a medical centre and 160m2 for a takeaway food and drink premises and neighbourhood shop; ancillary site works including drainage, landscaping and tree removal.
